Your own TNC & NEMT mobile app

A complete digital platform under your brand — rider app, driver app and dispatch console — for non-emergency medical transport, ambulance and air ambulance trips. It works the way riders already expect from the well-known rideshare apps, with the level-of-service, payer and compliance details medical transport actually requires.

Typical turnaround 2-3 weeks. Contact us for pricing.

What you get

Three apps and one platform.

Riders, drivers and dispatchers each get the screen built for them, all running on the same digital platform so nothing is re-keyed and nothing is lost between a phone call and a run.

01

Rider app

Patients, family members and facility staff request a ride in under a minute — pickup, destination, appointment time, level of service, and a live map with driver ETA. Works the same way the well-known rideshare apps do.

02

Driver and crew app

Trip offers, accept and decline, turn-by-turn navigation, arrival and drop-off status buttons, signature and photo capture, and no-show reporting from the phone in the cab.

03

Dispatch console

One live board for app, phone and kiosk trips. Assign or auto-assign units, watch the map, reschedule standing orders and see every vehicle in real time.

04

Facility and payer portal

Case managers book and track trips for their building. Broker and managed-care trip files can be imported so scheduled runs load automatically.

05

Billing and reporting

Mileage, wait time, level of service, authorization numbers and timestamps captured per trip and exported clean to your billing workflow.

06

Your brand

Published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, with your company name and icon, in your colors, with your phone number and policies.

In the vehicle

Every trip, tracked from the cab.

Drivers and crews run the whole day from the phone — accept the trip, navigate, mark on-scene, capture the signature, close the run. Dispatch sees each step live, and the timestamps flow straight into billing, so nobody is reconstructing a run sheet at the end of the shift.

Levels of service

Built for medical transport, not taxis

The booking flow asks the questions that decide the vehicle — mobility, oxygen, isolation, bariatric, escort — so the right unit is dispatched the first time.

Also connects to

Kiosks, phone intake and air

The same platform runs the NEMT and private ambulance kiosk in your facilities, so kiosk trips, app trips and call-in trips all land in one dispatch queue. Long-distance and out-of-state requests can be flagged for air ambulance quoting instead of being turned away.

Build timeline

Live in about two to three weeks.

  1. Week 1

    Scope and branding

We map your service area, levels of service, rate structure and payer mix, then set your brand, colors and app icons.

  2. Week 2

    Build and connect

Rider app, driver app and dispatch console are configured, your fleet and drivers are loaded, and the kiosk and phone intake are connected to the same queue.

  3. Week 3

    Store launch and training

Apps are submitted to the App Store and Google Play, dispatchers and drivers are trained, and we run live trips with you on the first day.

Patient data

Built to be HIPAA-compliant, and we sign BAAs.

Trip records can include patient names, appointment times, level of service, oxygen, isolation and bariatric needs, signatures and photos. That is protected health information and it is handled as such.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and every view and change is logged. Drivers see only what they need for the trip in front of them.

Where we host or process that data for you or your facility partners, we act as a Business Associate and execute a Business Associate Agreement before go-live.
