Acquisitions & turnkey opportunities

Ambulance and NEMT business acquisitions and turnkey opportunities

Advisory for qualified operators and investors evaluating the purchase of an existing ambulance or NEMT operation, its assets, or a turnkey opportunity when one is available.

Buying an operating company can compress a multi-year build, but only when the transfer of authority is understood before the money moves. Licenses, certificates and authorizations generally do not transfer automatically with a sale. Some require reissue, some require the buyer to qualify independently, and some do not survive a change of control at all.

Every transaction we advise on is structured in writing around the transfer, reissue or re-application requirements published by the relevant state, county or federal authority, including the FAA where aircraft are involved.

Availability varies. We do not maintain a standing inventory of companies for sale, and we do not represent that any specific opportunity exists at a given time.

Frequently asked questions

Do licenses transfer when I buy an ambulance company?
Not automatically. Treatment varies by state, county and payer, and some authorizations require reissue or a new application by the buyer. Confirming this before closing is central to the engagement.
Do you have companies for sale right now?
Availability changes and we do not advertise a standing inventory. Tell us what you are looking for and we will tell you honestly whether anything fits.
